This is a retainer-based partnership with flexible monthly hours.  We meet as much or as little as you need. Some months it's weekly strategy calls.  Other months it's a quick check-in and a text when you need a gut check on a decision.

The scope is whatever you're navigating:

  • Organizational structure and hiring decisions

  • Delegation, leadership skills, and getting out of the weeds
